FAR PLC is a joint-stock company with registered address in Sofia and main business activity – production, trade, storage and processing of agricultural products.
FAR PLC has a registered capital of BGN 2,500,000, divided in 2,500,000 ordinary dematerialized registered voting shares with a nominal value 1 BGN.
The company carries out a project “Construction and putting into operation of “Hammer Mill and Silo Warehouse in the town of Novi Pazar “. The project is supported by the European Union and is funded by the Rural Development Program (2014-2020), co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development “Europe Investing in Rural Areas”, State Fund Agriculture.
The Company will use the constructed facility for production of wholesale ground flours from sugar (sweet) corn and storage of cereals.
